Trochus Snail
Trochus (now scientifically Rochia, though "Trochus" is still the universal trade name) is a conical top-shell snail prized as the one CUCCleanup crew — the snails, crabs, shrimp and other invertebrates that eat algae, leftovers and waste. snail that can right itself if flipped — unlike Astraea, a Trochus knocked onto its back simply flips upright and keeps grazing.
