Pipefish
Dragonface Pipefish
Corythoichthys haematopterus
A slow-hovering reef pipefish patterned with fine reticulate 'network' lines across a pale body — hence the trade names Dragonface/Network Pipefish. Peaceful and reef-safe, but a genuinely difficult feeder that needs an established, pod-rich tank and ideally a mated pair. The 'Dragonface' trade name is applied loosely across several Corythoichthys species.
Keep one or a bonded pair.
