Potter's Angelfish

Centropyge potteri

A Hawaiian endemic washed in rusty orange and steel blue with fine vertical barring, Potter's is one of the most beautiful dwarf angels but also one of the trickiest. It ships poorly and can be reluctant to feed at first, demanding a mature tank rich in live rock, microalgae and pods before it will thrive. Best left to experienced keepers; reef-safe only with caution as it nips soft corals and other sessile inverts.
