Ecsenius bicolor

A two-tone blenny — dusky blue-grey forebody fading to a warm orange tail — with the comic, big-eyed personality typical of Ecsenius. It grazes algae from the rock and is peaceful toward unrelated tankmates, but it will squabble with other blennies, gobies, and dartfish, and a hungry individual may nip clam mantles or fleshy LPS, so it is "reef-safe with caution." Keep one per tank and a lid on top.
