Chromis cyanea

The Blue Reef Chromis is the Caribbean's answer to a living jewel — an iridescent electric-blue planktivore that hovers and darts in the open water column above the reef. Peaceful, hardy, and happiest in an odd-numbered shoal of five or more, it brings constant midwater movement without any threat to corals or inverts. Lone or paired specimens tend to get picked on, so commit to a group and plenty of open swimming space.
