Synchiropus stellatus

The Red Scooter Dragonet is a mottled red-and-white bottom-dweller with large dark spots, reaching around 8 cm, well known for its constant "scooting" motion across sand and rubble. Despite the retail name "scooter blenny" it is a true dragonet (family Callionymidae), and shares the same obligate live-food dependency as its relatives — it needs a mature tank with an established copepod/amphipod population and will fade on dry foods alone. Peaceful and reef-safe, but a single male per tank unless the aquarium is large enough (55+ US gal / ~200 L) to support more than one.
